    Hi Team,
    I am not want to rollback all installation process if service user account has not sufficient privileges for start service. Is there any extra setting to not rollback installation if installation done and error occurred during service startup time?

    On above Screenshot , when i clicked on cancel button than installer rollback all things.

    I am want to if any error occurred during service startup time
    1) Not rollback all installation.
    2) Service installed but stopped.

    Simple, correct your installer so the service can be started, or do not start the service automatically as part of your setup. If this seems unreasonable for any reason, please open a support ticket and attach your project file.

      Hi Ulrich,

      Start service automatically is requirement of my project, if every things goes correct than start service automatically.
      Please tell me what is the process of open support ticket.

        If you are a licensed user and have active technical support, please log into the Customer Portal, select your product, and open a ticket where you attach your project. If the service does not start because of an error message with the application itself, be aware that this is not a MSI Factory issue - you will need to understand why the service cannot be started. Usually processing the MSI with a log file may give hints.
