Copying to C:\Temp

I would like to put two placeholder files in C:\Temp\Image. How can I create this folder and cop;y files with the MSI? I would like to avoid a Custom Action if possible.

The procedure for all files or just a couple of files is similar...

1) Create the folder



2) Set up the custom action to set the actual path:



3) Set the timing as desired:



4) Finally, set the files to be deployed into that folder:



5) Build and test.
