How many pixels in an "installer unit"?

I am attempting to scale graphics for use in MSI factory and I would like to know the conversion ratio. Thanks.

It is in the help:

An installer unit is approximately equal to one-twelfth (1/12) the height of the 10-point MS Sans Serif font size. The actual size of the dialog in pixels can vary depending on the user's font settings.
