How to set "User Account Control" dialog information?

Is there a way to set the text presented by the "User Account Control" dialog? Current results of internal testing reveals information which might not be sufficiently descriptive to assuage a User's concerns.

You cannot control the UAC dialog, but it will show the information you set when you signed the application (publisher, description).
