Hmmm...did you use the serial number and key that you received when you purchased the product?

If you email [email protected] with your serial number and registration key, I'm sure they'd be happy to look into this for you.

When i downloaded and installed the patch to 4.0.0.1 it acted like I hadn't registered the software. It asked again for the registration info: s/n and key no longer works.

I am using XP and 98se
and it does the same thing in both os
