Have a look at the "String - Parse Path" action. It can do this sort of stuff in its sleep. [img]/ubbthreads/images/icons/smile.gif[/img]

I need to extract a zip to a game dir
the registry install path is *\ra2.exe
how can I get rid of the ra2.exe
and just keep the path

basically a way to have it auto edit the variable
and remove the \ra2.exe
~or~
a way to search the HDD for a file
and only put the path into a variable

however the regkey would always have the correct path
