Resizing the page.....?

Can I make a page resizable, so the when resized it actually changes the layout of buttons and boxes on the page?

Only with a flash object. If you build a basic app even in an advanced tool like Borland C++ Builder you still couldn't do that. Windows components do not resize dynamically as far as I know...
