Form Processing

I would like to know if this could be done and if so how would one go about setup this.. any help would be great!!!

Im running this all off of a cd all in html/swf file and would like to add a form that you could fill out and them send it and I would get it in my email. I have tried setting up a form and then call it with cgi but that is not working ..
