I consider it Pop-Up help. When you place your mouse over a field or button it pops up a small text box that tells you what you are supposed to do with that field. You can use it to tell your users what they are supposed to do with a particular field or what will happen when they click on a button. I used it in the .pg4 file I posted on one of your previous posts to tell the people what to enter in the fields. I did this before building the text fields before the Edit fields.
