Remove White Border Space?

My project is 630 x 425 Okay once i preview it. I have white space showing on the right border and at the bottom border. The Left and the Top borders are fine. The background color covers those to correctly, but the right and the bottom have the thin whit border.It seems the color didn't stretch all the way? I tried to manipulate the settings but same. Should i create the background wider and longer 635 x 430 to cover? but the won't Ams stop and give an error on build?
