Windows WMV files are choppy when played in media studio

Created my first media studio app with 4.0.0 (trial version). Included a Windows WMV file (73MB). It plays back choppy. When viewing it in Media Player 8.0, it plays back fine.

I am using XP Pro/P4 2GHZ/512MB computer. Will the latest version 4.0.2? address these issues or is this file just to big. I can't imagine how this will play back on CD when I distribute.

I've noticed this as well with WM7 files in AMS projects. I think it has been mentioned in the user forums before. Anyone at IR care to comment on this?
