What Happens to Comments, Blank Lines, Disabled Items at build time?

What Happens to Comments, Blank Lines, Disabled Items at build time?

Are they incorporated into the compiled .exe or removed.

Just curious. Wondering if adding all those comments etc. diminishes performance of final .exe.

Of course, I'm sure IndigoRose thought of that a long time ago...

Technically, they are included in the build, but are not processed at RT. These types of lines will not slow down performance in any way.
