Im trying to get it where I can have a preset 800 number, and preset dns setup as a dialup account on a pc. I belive microsoft made something to do this but I cant remember.
Anyone help?

You could create a INS file that would do this for you. I've included a sample. Edit it with Notpad and change the dial up number, DNS server, username, and password info.
