Unicode support ?

Is there support for unicode with autoplay ?
I have tried entering different languages (russian,,,) into the
text field and it accepts them correctly in the text input
box for tooltips etc, but then changes then
to ????? and displays them the same way.

We are internationalizing products to unicode (XP) and I need to put tooltips in a number of differnet langauges.
