Hi Bruce, it works fine as you can see by the email you just received which was sent from the app... Here's my streamlined version of it which I guarantee is 100% functional without any problems http://www.indigorose.com/temp_web/php.zip The only thing I can figure which you (and others who have emailed) must be doing wrong is that you need to upload process.php to your server and then you need to point the SUBMIT TO WEB action directly at that process.php script on your server. I have omitted process.php from our server after testing so the app will not work "as is" you must upload process.php to your server and point to it or it will not work. Obviously you must also have PHP properly installed on your server...

Anyhow like I say this works fine so if you can't get it to work then you have some sort of server problem.
