Best Method for Interactive Forms?

What is the best method to create an interactive form in AM4? I'm aware of the Edit Field, List Box and Text Box objects...but what about other popular form fields...like Check Boxes, Radio Buttons?

Also...how do you (or can you) place/import an Acrobat PDF into an AM4 project?

Pdf must be inserted in a web browser object or opened in acrobat reader, search this forum, there are tons and tons of great threads which address those very issues.

As for the forms, it's your choice, use normal web forms in a web browser or use SUBMIT TO WEB action to send form info from a standard AMS page, your choice.
