Several different ways. Easiest though is to create a Flash banner. You could also hide/unhide a text/image object using the flash timer (searh the forum) posted here, or create an animated gif and embed it in a web browser or media player object...

It's there. Try again. Type "flash timer" into the search field, select "AND" from the search options pull down menu and then select "All Posts" from the date range pull down and press "Submit".
