Hello I was trying to up grade to the new version of AMS 4 and when I tried downloading I get an error message Failed to Download file from web (#50,Line 2). I am running Windows XP Pro any ideas.

I had the same problem - I uninstalled ver 4.0.0.3 (the latest I had) - reinstalled, then upgraded OK to 4.0.0.5 - I have no idea why that worked - but it did.

If you follow the downloads link at the bottom of the page, it will take you to a download for the patch. One of the IR guys posted a direct link a while back.
I had same prob first time but it worked fine second time round without uninstalling anything.
