Re: no flash, open exe
Just use an if statement which checks %FlashVersion% as seen in the help files here:

no flash, open exe
a project I have going is just a series of flash files loading in on top of each other. I am using AMS to open the .swf file and then close (not using it anymore other than that). What I would like to do is be able to tell it if the machine does not have flash installed, open the projector file (.exe) instead, so the flash file will play one way or another. The purpose for this workaround is that I would like this flash to be displayed in the browser if possible for resizability and certain functionality. but if flash is not installed (for some freak reason) then I want the .exe to open instead.
Any ideas how to accomplish this?Tags: None
