Multiple Languages

How could I easily set up my whole project with all the menus tool tips and statuses to be available in multiple languages like English/Russian/Korean for example? IF %AbsSystemLanguage% = 24 ? I need more help on that one! How could I set a system language routine at ams produced project so at it's runtime the compilled project would run with the system language settings displaying correct language menu/tooltips/etc?
