Sound effect on buttons

I have used a "sound"on a button for the mouse over and mouse click feature on a button. The problem I am having is that the sound works okay on my computer at home running ME, but on my computer at work (running XP) the sound does not work consistently. For example on the first page of my AMS project the sound work on the XP computer, but does not work on subsequent pages.

Any ideas? The sounds appear to be attached to the buttons, and the path appears to be okay.
