How to run Control Panel(*.cpl) item via AutoPlay Studio 4.0

Hello everyone!
How can i run Control Panel(*.cpl) item via AutoPlay Studio 4.0?
I try dirictly but this doesn't work so i try to create a shortcut (which work) and run the shurtcut but this doesn't work too!
Please help!
