We reccomend you don't change users preference settings, but in theory you could find the registry key which controls that and alter it.

I understand. Though this CD will not be distributed. It is a resource disk I made for the used PC my mother just got. It contains the Windows 98 setup files, drivers, IE v6, DirectX 9, Acrobat Reader, Winzip, & other utilities. It will be put in a sleve with the user manual I downloaded & printed out. So I guess the question is, What registry key would I modify?
