inserting a Document as the body of an email

i have a problem and im losing hair over it
i have an Order form that i need to be the body of an email
but im tearing my hair out trying to sort it
i can get the default email client to open with the email add listed
i can get the Doc to open BUT they open seperatly when i need the doc to be the body of the email so the person can just click send when they have filled it in


oh i am a newbie ..so if you could explain it as if your talking to a 10 year old

mailto is not made to do this sort of thing, it's unreliable for this application due to length limits, etc. Best is to capture your message in a variable and post it to an email form.
