Copying Directory and Sub-Directorys

I know the program help says that I have to have the directory created already on the target drive to recieve copied files, but I have different folders, and sub folders for each client, all linked in Acrobat. I would like to allow the user to copy all folders and sub folders without manually changing the project to suite each individual client. Any changes to the program coming up, or is there a way to make this happen? Please help!!!
