Anyway to show a closed caption file in a box underneath an MPEG when it is playing in AMS4? This would obviously involve telling the user's WMP to show closed captions when the video plays. If not, can it at least show the closed caption in WMP player itself (launching WMP versus showing it within the AMS4 menu)? Any help would be great. Thanks!

Re: Closed Caption with Windows Media Player
Yes, that's possible. Double-click on the Media Player Object and then click on the Settings tab. Turn on the "Show closed captioning display panel" option.
You'll need a SAMI (.smi) file with the closed-captioning text in it. For more info, type "Closed Captioning" on the Index tab of the online help.--[[ Indigo Rose Software Developer ]]

Re: Closed Caption with Windows Media Player
Excellent. Thanks for the quick response. SAMI is the file type I will be using. I wanted to make sure before I starting exporting out the video clips with the SMI files. Thanks again.
It will work as long as you aren't running WMP 9. Greeeeaaattt.....
