  • Another slide show question

Yea, I know, they're all over the place. Postings about slide shows. One or two possibly but he scripting lost me long ago.

Normally I'd do a slide show having a seperate identical page for each photo (slide).

I want to make a 1 page timed slide show but the 9 photos would reside in a folder on the CD and not on the user's hard drive. Everything has to be self contained on the CD and nothing installed or used on the end user's computer.

The reason I'd like a one page is it's part of a sample multimedia presentation including videos on other pages. This page titled "sample training" on the main menu would bring up the page and automatically start the timed slide show. Timing would be about 3 to 4 seconds for each photo. Buttons at the bottom would be for 'pause', resume', and back to 'menu'.

I kind of like the one that Rhosk did in a early post, but that's Flash based and I'd think the end user would have to have Flash player installed on their computer. so that leaves me with a total AMS project.

Can someone give me a hand on this please?
    Thanks
    Allen
