Hi,
User templates and user submissions are something that we have been thinking about for quite a while. There are a couple of "speed bumps" that we still want to smooth out, the biggest of which being the handling of copyrighted material.
You can expect to be able to submit user templates within the next few weeks. Keep reading the forums, if anything happens news of it will be posted here.
