  • The setup of AMS3.0 fails --> BlueScreen of death... Why?

    When i execute the setup of AMS 3.0 my Win98Se generate an irreversible error, Blue Screen, Kernel error and die...

    Could you help me?

    PS: i dont want reinstall Win to try your software...

    Hi,
    You could try cleaning out your systems temporary directory and then rebooting. Also have you simply downloaded an evaluation copy of the software? If you have, I would suggest downloading another copy. If you have purchased the product please contact [email protected] to see if you can download it again. Also with regards to the setup failing, at which point does the setup fail? Is it right at the beginning? Or does the installation of the files start and then you get the error?

      The file is an evaluation copy downloaded from original site.
      The same file dont generate the error under winNT 4.0.....

      The blue screen appair just after the doubleclick on the file. Just after a little windows appears on center of the screen.

      I'll try your solution later...
