Is there a way to "share" pages already developed in one project to another project? Looking to save some time....

The only thing I can say about now is - use your selector arrow and draw a box around everything in the page - it should all become highlighted - and hit EDIT > CUT or COPY - go to the new project and PASTE. That should do it.
Yes, I agree there should be a command - copy page and all items - something to that affect and keep it in a library of some sort. I have suggested that earlier in a few posts - sort of like Macromedia Flash - have a library of items, titles, videos, etc and then you can drag N drop into different projects.
