  • Email attachments from a command line

I saw an earlier message about adding
a subject header, is there a way to attach
a file automatically? I know that Windoze
has a Mail Recipient shortcut in the SendTo
folder but is there a way to send a command
    like the Subject header?

    ie. mailto:[email protected]?Attach=c:\data.zip

    Any help would be appreciated.

    TIA

Re: Email attachments from a command line

    Hi,
As far as I know there is no way to include an attachment to an e-mail using AutoPlay. I have been able to get it to send an e-mail with a subject, but for some reason attachments never work. I think this basically comes down to which e-mail program you are using. In fact I remember another user saying that he couldn't get the "subject=" to work properly, but on my system it works fine.

    mark.
