  • Can I Make an AVI Run in an Infinte Loop?

I have several animated GIFS that I created and am converting to AVI format so that I can imbed them in AutoPlay Menu Studio.

Although the original animated GIFS are in an infinite loop the exported AVI is not. Is there any way in AutoPlay Menu Studio I can get the AVI to run in an infinite loop.

    Many Thanks
    David

Re: Can I Make an AVI Run in an Infinte Loop?

    Hi,
It is quite easy to make AVI files loop in AutoPlay. Basically what you have to do is start the Video again once it has finished.
So got the AVI VIDEO OBJECT'S Action Tab, and add a PLAY AVI action to the VIDEO FINISH event. Now make the PLAY AVI action point to the AVI VIDEO that you want to loop.
So the AVI will finish, which causes all the actions on the VIDEO FINSIH event to be fired, then the PLAY AVI action will fire starting the AVI again.
    Hopefully this clears everything up.

    mark.
