AVI Object fastforward or advance?

Simple question, but maybe it can't be done,

With an AVI object, is there a way to add something like a scroll bar to advance or fastforward the AVI object.

I have added a link to the AVI to open up in a media player but I would really like to use the AVI obect only.

Sorry there are no scroll bars for embedded AVI video objects.
