Installing a file from CD to end users HD

Hello all-
I would like to give the end user the option to install a plug-in on their HD. How would I go about doing that?

Example: I have a PhotoShop Plug-in that would be installed in; C:\Program Files\adobe\Photoshop\Plug-Ins

Your best bet would be to use a setup program that will move the proper files to the proper locations (silent install). Then all you would have to do is execute the setup.exe from the menu.
