How do I upgrade my version of this software?

I have 3.002 and have noticed that there is now a demo version of 3.005 how do I update my version and what has changed?

To get the patch visit http://www.indigorose.com/autoplay/update.html this patch will update you to version 3.0.0.5. There have been many small fixes between version 3.0.0.2 and 3.0.0.5.
