Forced delay

Is there a way to force a delay when viewing a page? I have one page that I want people to have to read, or least spend enough time on that page so that they could have read it, before going on to the next action.

There currently is no sort of timing feature available, although some have simulated this sort of feature by the following:

The second option would be to write a little timing program and execute that with the "Wait for return" option checked. There may be one available out there that can be used, although I am not aware of one in particular.
