need help embedding mpg

we're trying to put about 40 mins of video on the cd, avi is way to big, have it working in popup box, however would look much more professional "embedding" win player like we do on websites. Please help with any ideas

I don't think you can embed an .mpeg movie. You can create a link with text or a graphic that when clicked will play the mpeg with Windows Media Player. I've already done it that way.
