Is it possible to configure the language using the command line?

I understand that it is possible to build using the command line but is there a way to configure my language option as well? If not, is there other ways or other Installation builders that are able to change my language as well build it from the command line?

Sorry but there is no way to change the language using the command line, in Setup Factory 5.0.
