WHO CAN ME TO HELP!!!???
Starting from a " setup.exe " that I am creating, want to execute another " setup.exe ".
I follow the procedures according to guide, placing this according to setup for On Shutdown to be executed. Therefore after him to be beginning, it is interrupted by a message that says that cannot execute the file.
Who can me to help.
I am Brazilian. Excuse me for my mistakes.

Hi,
Is the other setup created by Setup Factory? What does the error message that you get say? Does it say that it cannot execute the SETUP file you created or does it say that it cannot execute the IRSETUP.EXE?

Hello Mark!

There are a warning and an error message.

Warning:
irsetup.exe >>> Unable to open output files.

error:
Could not extract support files - setup will abort.

Therefore after closing the messages, the " main setup " is concluded with success.
In the moment, I am asking my customers, to execute the " secondary setup "
that am adding to the " main setup ".
I would like to have this automatic installation, in other words, that the " secondary setup " was executed automatically by the " main setup ".

Hi,
What you will have to do when you execute the other install is pass it a directory as a command line parameter. Pass it something like C:\.
The reason that you have to do this is because Setup Factory extracts certain files during and installation. So if you start a second installation within a first, without specifying another directory, it will not work because Setup Factory will be unable to extract the correct files.
