Uninstalling multiple files from one folder

I'm having problems with the uninstall option. I have created six setup factory exe files each with an uninstall option and all six get installed to the same folder. Uninstall only works once because the irunin.dat file and .lng files are removed during the first uninstall. Subsequent uninstall attempts for the others throw up the following fatal errors "could not load language file" then "could not open configuration file irunin.dat" then "could not load config file" followed by a YES/NO box with "Bad MsgID" in it. I have tried renaming the irunin.ini configuration file for each, but it still only installs one irunin.dat file and one .lng file. Can anybody help me please?

There should be an update to Setup Factory 5.0.1.4 either today or tomorrow that should fix this problem. Please check: http://www.indigorose.com/setup/update.html for the update.
