Default Packages

Is there a way to have the checkboxes for certain packages "un-selectable" or "grayed out" i.e. they must always be installed in the "Select Packages" screen?

For example, the main program files will always be installed, but users could 'check' additional boxes to install help files etc.

Any Ideas?
