MDAC within Setup package but installs before other files?

I want to include Mdac_typ.exe into my setup package.

Is there any way to get Mdac_typ.exe to install after the first wizard but before the files have been installed ? I need to have Mdac_typ installed before any of the other files are installed because some files are dependent on Mdac_typ already being there.
