There is a free utility called InCtrl at:

    http://www.zdnet.com/downloads/stori...,77424,00.html

It will allow you to monitor all changes made to your system during an install and then produces reports about the changes. From the report you should be able to "reverse-engineer" the setup in Setup Factory.

    Hi,

There is no automatic way to convert and existing installation into a Setup Factory installation. The only thing I could suggest is running the installation and trying to figure out exactly what it is doing. Then with that knowledge recreate the installation in Setup Factory.

Convert existing setup to a SF5 setup

Simply said, how can I create a SF5 setup from an existing setup ?
With a "normal" setup, how can I find out what files it installs ? When I would know this, I can make my own altered setup.
    Anyway to find out ?
Working...
