Can't run uninstall in Win98 or Me

I built a package using 5.0.1.5, installed it on Windows 98, and everything is fine. When I try to uninstall the package, I get a message, "Unable to load initialization file" and nothing else happens.

The exact same problem exists on Windows Me machines, but uninstalling on NT and Win2K works fine.

Any ideas?
