SF5 not run

i can't run a setup program in some win 98 or win 95. the installation not open,
I have 5F5 comercial (last version), and when i run setup.exe (myapp), quit inmediatly, but in other machine run fine, some machine has "desktop themes" installed, any problems with this?

Your problem sounds like it is caused by an incorrect version of RICHED32.DLL being installed on your user's system.

The Microsoft Knowledge Base article has information on how users should solve this problem. It involves extracting riched32.dll from the CAB files on the original WIN CD.

UMM!, is probable, the SF project was run in W98(SE) in spanish, and i copy the project to portable Pc with W2000 proffesional in english; too, i note that my VB exe reported this error " Error 7, out od memory", just in forms who used richtext.ocx, then what version of richedit is incompatible with SF5, i think 5.xx, just is shiping with office 2000.

It's not that a specific version of RICHED32.DLL is incompatible with Setup Factory. It's that specific versions of RICHED32.DLL are incompatible with specific OS versions.

You will have to install the correct version for each operating system.
