Error: not enough free space when there is

On some Novell 4.11 systems, we've experienced Setup Factory returning the error that "You do not have enough free space on the selected drive to install the software". The particular network drive has several gigs of free space. The very same files can be installed to a local drive, then copied to the same destination drive with no problem. We've rebooted the server, rebooted the workstation, turned off anti-virus software. What could be causing it to return "0" as the space available on the drive?

The version that it was originally built with was 5.0.1.4. Do you know if this issue was fixed since that version? (Since that time, I have downloaded the latest patch).

What version of Setup Factory do you have? I believe that this was a bug in an earlier release of Setup Factory 5.0. The newest version is: 5.0.1.5 and the update can be downloaded from: http://www.indigorose.com/setup/update.html

Download the patch, upgrade, and then re-build your installation. Once you do this all of your problems should be solved.
