Why is SF6 postponing the registration of ocx's and dll's after a reboot?
The same setup, created in SF5 registers these components while/after installing them, but SF6 places the actions in the RunOnce registry key.
This forces to restart Windows when it shouldn't be necessary.
Solutions?
