SUF6001: Program hangs when you answer "No" to start a build

When building a setup project from within the IDE, the user is prompted with a message box "Are you sure you want to start the build process?".

If you click on "No", the message box disappears, but the IDE cannot be accessed anymore. It seems that some other but invisible window of SUF6 has gotten the input focus.

Bug is reproducable.
