When ever I try and update I get the message that I already have the latest release.

I am behind a proxy and I'm running 6.0.0.1

Hi,

Browse to the main Setup Factory 6.0, and right-click on the SUFDesign.exe file and select properties. Then go to the Version tab, what is the file version?

It's is indeed version 6.0.0.1

I have TrueUPdate, and had beta version of AutoPlay on my machine so don't know if that has caused issues with the TrueUpdate process.

If i watch the proxy (WinGate) while running True Update i can see it's looking at 4 files from your server, which I assume it's receiving ok. I have not tried to capture those files, but I don't think I can do anything with them anyway.

Would it be worth uninstalling and then re-install and apply updates ??

Hi,

Having old Beta versions installed on your system shouldn't matter.

The strange thing about your problem is that TrueUpdate is saying that you own the latest version. Which means that it is reading the version information from your SUFDesign.exe and determining that it is 6.0.0.2.

I think that it is always worth having the latest versions of software, so I suggest that you uninstall, reinstall, and then see if that works.
