Billboard Image

I need a BMP image size for my Billboard Image, and any suggestions for making this image more efficient. My Initilaziation seems to choke and eventually starts. I wonder if it is this Billboard Image that does it.

For best results, pre-size your images to 165x310 (large images) or 111x63 (small images) at 256 colors. This way the setup will not have to do any image manipulation.
